How to get a copy of a criminal background report?
My half brother and I were wanting a copy of our fathers criminal background. He changed his last name a few times and obtained several social security numbers. He was a career criminal until his 40's. His history would span several states. Many of the background reports are expensive and I have no idea how accurate they would be. Isn't there a national database?
